The Weight My Body Feels Comfortable With
I've been practicing portion control, intuitive eating, and mindful eating for 4 months ♡
I've lost 3.5 kg. It's not a rapid drop, but a slow and steady decline.
About a month in, I did feel a bit disheartened, but now I've realized that eating mindfully, regardless of my weight, is making me healthier both physically and mentally, so I think I can keep this up.
Living without feeling bloated or uncomfortable has improved my mood and overall condition, and when my body feels at ease, my mind is peaceful too ♡ Since realizing this, every day feels happy ♡
Height: 166 cm / Weight: 52.8 kg
I can see my body is trying not to go lower than this, so I'm not pushing for more.
I'm just comfortable with this amount, so I'm not planning to increase or decrease it, and I'm trying to let go of my attachment to the scale.
(My goal was 51 kg, but if I reach it, great; if not, that’s okay too.)
