Does chewing slowly really reduce the amount I eat over time?

It's now the third day, but I still can't clearly feel the signals of fullness.

Especially in the evening, I eat a lot of salad, chicken breast, or protein cereal at home, but since I start with a portion already set aside, I end up finishing everything I put on my plate.

For breakfast and lunch, I eat at work, so there's a fixed amount (which is smaller in volume than my dinner), and I can stop when I feel just the right amount of fullness.

Dinner is my favorite meal time, and I really enjoy those dishes... Even if I wonder if I'm full, I still end up eating everything.
