Feeling Stressed and Venting

I've been dealing with some stress lately,

and my binge eating has flared up again, causing me to gain some weight.

But then my boss took me out for lunch and said,

"Looks like you've been eating well lately?"

"What have you been eating?"

"What about exercise?"

"Is it okay to eat that?"

"You need to eat carbs," and so on.

They talked about my appearance and commented on my diet, and I really struggled to keep a straight face.

Why don't people realize how rude those comments can be?

I don't want to let others' words affect my mood,

but honestly, I've felt so down all day.

Maybe that's why I've been eating even more.

I know I shouldn't be stressed... I really need to manage my mental health,

so I'm just venting by opening a book...ㅠ
