Share Your Tips ~!

Do you have any tips for eating snacks, ice cream, lattes, or soups slowly?!

I usually take a bite or two of snacks, break them down, and then let them melt on my tongue! Once they turn mushy, I chew a few more times and swallow! I read somewhere that the more you chew, the more your brain recognizes the food, haha.

For liquids, I roll them around in my mouth, and whether they’re cold or warm, I swallow when they’re about the same temperature as my mouth! Sometimes I swallow a little at a time, and sometimes all at once, just depending on how I feel!

If it’s already lukewarm and similar to my mouth temperature, it becomes watery as I roll it around, and that’s when I swallow.

I’m curious about how others do it!
