Stopped Medication, Gained Weight → Eating Again → Endless Cycle for 5 Years

I've been on medication for about 5 years? Not continuously, but I think I've taken it for around 3 years in total... When I stop, I gain weight back... so I'm stuck in this endless cycle.

I tried to stop again this time, but my appetite surged, and before I could gain more weight, I looked into Mounjaro, but they said I can't because I'm not considered obese...;;

ㅜ ㅜ What should I do?
